OLD LYME PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY, JULY 14, 2011
PRESENT WERE: Vice Chairman Robert McCarthy, Steven Ross, Chris Kerr and Alternate Todd Machnik seated for Harold Thompson.
Vice Chair McCarthy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
LOT LINE MODIFICATION – QUESTA BUILDERS – 5- 1 DAVIS ROAD EAST
McCarthy made a motion to table Item 1 due to the fact that the documentation necessary to complete the legal review of the application had not been provided. Chris Kerr seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
RELEASE OF BOND – TALCOTT FARM
Steve Ross made a motion to release the bond given the commission has received a letter dated July 11, 2011 from Thomas E. Metcalf indicating the work had been satisfactorily completed and therefore the bond covering this work should be released. Todd Machnick seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
READING AND APPROVAL OF THE JUNE MEETING MINUTES
Steve Ross made a motion to waive the reading and approve the minutes as submitted. Robert McCarthy seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Steve Ross made a motion to adjourn, Chris Kerr seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
